My background includes university studies in Physical Education, decades of personal training in Brazil and the United States, and a lifetime immersed in movement disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, submission wrestling, soccer conditioning, yoga, Pilates, mobility training, and breathwork.

This depth of experience allows me to offer private personal training in Alameda that goes far beyond generic gym workouts.
