We are all coming to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and in the beggining students can be a little a little nervous or concern about starting as a begginer student not knwoing anything. Now you can learn online in our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defense dojo online. We have tons of basic techniques in there that is valuable to learn before even hits the mats.

One of the most difficult times in learning something new is to actually starting- Like the first day that you come in to learn and what kind of people you will encounter at the dojo . Are you going to partner up with a young adult mixed martial arts fighter? Are these people already way far ahead of me and there is no way i would ever be able to catch up?Are they teach effective techniques for Self-Defense?All the worries and guessing are valid since a lot of ur brains act in a very similar state when is worry and concern.
